As the subsidiary responsible for handling of personal data, Bennet SpA declares that it is aware of the contents of the code regarding the protection of personal data.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain

a) updating, rectification, or if so desired, integration of data;
b) cancellation, render anonymous or block data that have been processed unlawfully including those data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) To receive confirmation that the procedures under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention (as also regards their content) of those to whom the said data has been communicated or transmitted except in the case where such communication proves impossible or involves manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right to be protected.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose wholly or in part:

a). for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection.
b) To the processing of personal data concerning him/her where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertisements or sales or for market research or commercial communication.
